Goods can be returned within 7 days after they have been delivered for any reason. In addition, if you are not satisfied with the goods for any reason within a reasonable time of delivery you may return the goods and cancel the order. We will refund the full original cost of the goods including any delivery charges. We cannot refund any costs you incur in returning the goods.

7.2 The Customer must contact Garlands Ltd Customer services on 01827 383300, and obtain a Returns Authorisation. The package must be returned within 5 working days of obtaining the Returns Authorisation to the following address:

7.3 The faulty or damaged product must be returned to Garlands Ltd before the refund or replacement can be issued.
